Strawberry Gashes Necklace
Inspired by the song "Strawberry Gashes" by Jack Off Jill, this necklace is meant to bring awareness to a disturbing problem in our society. Like the name obviously suggests, this pendant shows a world behind self-injury. The strawberry represents the beauty and vibrance in all of us. The gashes, gaping and bleeding, represents the pain in which some of us inflict on ourselves. It's a lovely pink polymer clay strawberry pendant covered in gaping gashes and little yellow seeds. The gashes are three dimensional and are very realistic, complete with small drips and beads of blood. It comes triple glazed for protection and shine and is strung on a 30" silver plated ballchain necklace. There will only be a limited number of these made, and each piece will be slightly different from the first one. So get one before they are gone. If you are wearing one, tell people what it symbolizes, and together we can make this world a more accepting place so that these people do not suffer in silence.
